We can print any animal on earth so long as we receive a great photo! So far we have printed dogs, cats, horses, birds, guinea pigs, micro-pigs and even boars!
Yes we know your all pets are lovable for you, so we print multiple pets on same products for you on a minimum cost. We charge an additional $7 per each additional pet product on to one single item.
We can print the full body as well, but our standard offering is to print pet face, so we don't have any option on our product page to print full body, you can contact our support team at thepetsprint@gmail.com, our team will suggest you how you can order full body print.
We specialize in pet artwork, But for on some special requests we printed human as well, you can contact our support team at thepetsprint@gmail.com, our team will show you few samples we did in past & then you can go like that.
We have a page on our website that provides a step by step photo guide. Please ensure you follow our guide when taking a photo or choosing a photo to upload. Low quality photos or those taken in bad lighting can lead to inaccurate pet art.
Please ensure that your pet's fur color, eye color and any other details are clear and visible in the photo you provide. We conduct a photo screening for every new order we receive and will email you if we need a different photo. But it's best to take matters in to your own hands and ensure you upload the best photo you have.

Generally, We do not send any proof to customers before printing, if anyone need that, they can buy the Pet Artwork Review, Purchasing an artwork review will allow you to see the artwork before complete, and you can request edits to make it exactly how you want it.
If you purchased a digital artwork review of your pet print, we'll send it to you via email within 48 hours. If after purchasing the review & not get that within 24 hours, lets us know by email at thepetsprint@gmail.com

Shipping Information
2-3 weeks production time, 3-7 working days delivery time. We estimate a 3-5 week turnaround time in total, but orders sometimes arrive sooner.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number & shipping carrier details, so you can track your orders easily.
Here is the steps of productions, that takes 2-2 weeks.
1. Your pet photo is sent for review by our experts
2. Once your pet photo is approved, our artist will create a special pet art
3. Our in-house expert team will review each artwork individually
4. If any Revision needed that done by our artist.

Yes you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed. You'll receive an email containing the full details. If after 3 weeks you do not have a tracking number, please email us at thepetsprint@gmail.com
Currently we shipped to USA/ UK/ Canada & Many More Countries worldwide, We are expanding our shipping network to other countries as well very soon. you can contact our support team at thepetsprint@gmail.com if you not found shipping option in your country, our team will suggest you best thing for you.
As you ordered a custom pet print product, so we created all products specially for our customers, Your product is 100% unique to you orders and all our sales are final, if our printed artwork is not per our standard, we offer a refund or replacement.
If you receive a incorrect/damaged item we promise to replace it as soon as possible. Please contact our team via email and provide photo evidence. We 100% guarantee a replacement to any customer who receives an incorrect/ damaged or mis-printed product.
Yes we offer 100% refund if you cancel your order within 4 hours of placing your order, Any cancellation request after that will be subject to a 20% cancellation and admin fee. Please email us & our team will get back to you if your order is not processed & we can cancel it on 20% admin fees.
Don't Worry, this is normal for some customers, The reason you haven't heard from us is because we only begin sending email updates to you once your order has been shipped and has some tracking information. This can be 1-3 weeks after you placed your order.
